Title: Fresh Grapes and Carrots

3cCarrots; coarsely shredded
3tbButter =OR=-
3tbMargarine;
1/4tsAnise seed;
3/4tsSalt;
1/2tsSugar;
2tbWater;
1 1/2cGrapes; seedless

Combine first 6 ingredients in a 1-quart saucepan. cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until carrots are tender. Stir in grapes and serve hot.
